  • November 24th, NLSACPC attends CSC's 19th Annual Volunteer Coordinators Luncheon; information booth.

  • November 19th, CBC Radio Noon interview with NLSACPC coordinator, Tracy Duffy.

  • October 27th, NLSACPC information booth at MUN Volunteer Fair.

  • October 23rd, presentation for WRC volunteer orientation and training.

  • October 18th, NLSACPC hosts an information booth at Avalon Mall as part of 9th annual YWCA Week Without Violence.

  • September 17th, 20th Annual 'Take Back the Night March'. Lee Lakeman, Peter Cornish from the White Ribbon Campaign, and Ann Munier from Amnesty International speak at a rally on City Hall steps. Author Michael Crummey performs readings from one of his books, and drummers and dancers from The Native Friendship Centre perform at a public gathering following the rally.

  • December 10th, SPEAK-OUT: Connecting With Rural Women About Sexual Violence'  hosted in Dunville, Placentia Bay.

  • October 19th, NLSACPC present 'Guyz & Girlz Symposium' at the Airport Plaza in St. John's. The conference, which encourages attendance from women from all over the province, focuses on educating young women ages 12-18.

  • October 3rd, members of NLSACPC attend a press release by the Provincial Advisory Council on the Status of Women, which encourages women to vote in the upcoming election.

  • September 15th -19th, 'Sexual Violence Awareness Week 2003' events.
